Ecomgrid is partnering with the BCCI to create the first ever commercial electronic grid on a national base.  The BCCI acknowledges the benefit that its member organization could gain by stepping up to an electronic way of doing business and the advancements it will have on the commercial efficiency of the market.

GS1 Bulgaria, a branch of GS1 international, operates within the frame of the BCCI. GS1 initiatives and standards are well represented within Ecomgrid framework. It facilitates business interactions between suppliers and customers of all sizes and industries. The goods and services data pool in ecomgrid assist in further implementation of the GS1 standards across supply and demand chains.
